Liz Corrado is a fashion industry professional with 20 years experience in patternmaking, sewing, design, production and fiscal planning in contemporary and luxury markets.

After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology Liz worked closely with Marc Jacobs and Victoria Bartlett to learn the ins and outs of both large and small fashion houses. She experienced everything from designing, patternmaking and sample room flow to styling, preparation and backstage logistics of runway shows. Implementing these diverse skills Liz collaborated with Laura Seymour on her namesake line. Together they did all the design, draping/ patternmaking, sample sewing, photo styling and sales of the Laura Seymour line.
In 2008 Liz was called home to DC to help care for her dying father. During financial collapse of the 08 market, she took over her father’s business. Under her management the floundering multimillion dollar business became lucrative enough to sell. This experience set the stage for enabling her to combine her business acumen with her creative design talents.
Building on this success, she returned to NYC and connected with Norma Kamali. Using her newly found business management skills, Liz helped both fill the company’s largest production order and put the iconic designer back on the NYFW schedule. Finding fulfillment in collaborating with small design houses to take a creative concept from drawing to production, she went on to work with Alice + Olivia, Misile NYC, Free People, Sincerely Tommy to name a few.
Liz is always open to helping designers bring their concepts and ideas to life.
